Congratulations again goes out to Christina Johnson and Nancy Rudd! Both ladies completed the Tri-For-Real Olympic Distance Triathlon and improved on their personal best times. Nancy improved her time by 25 minutes and Christina improved her time by 23 minutes! Amazing job ladies!

Congratulations to Christina Johnson and Nancy Rudd for finishing their first-ever Olympic Distance triathlon at the Wildflower Triathlon Festival. Christina finished 56/78 in her age-group and Nancy finished 54/113 in her age-group. Great job girls!

  A huge applause goes out to four Athletic Advantage team members. Freddie Martin, Heather Nichols and Lori Richards all completed the NorCal 3 mile run. For Heather and Lori, this was their first event ever! Great job ladies! Nancy Rudd completed the NorCal 10 mile with an excellent time of 1:30, way to go!!!!

Congratulations to Nancy Rudd for her finish in the Davis Stamped 1/2 Marathon. She had an excellent time of 2:01:27 and finished 15/41 in her respective age-group.

Tim Araiza, Nancy Rudd and Gary Oxley competed in the California International Marathon Relay Challenge. They each completed a half-marathon for the first time and should be commended for their extreme endurance efforts.

 Congratulations to all Team Athletic Advantage Turkey Trotters. We had a great showing at the annual Redding Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day! 10 Athletic Advantage members ran and walked with the best of them. A couple of performances deserve special recognition:
› Maureen Fuller improved her time from last year by 22 MINUTES!
› Nancy Rudd improved her time from last year 6 minutes and improved to a 16th place
Age-Group finish!
