Premier Package:
Take the guesswork out of training. The Premier Package includes an entire month's worth of workouts written specifically for you. Broken down into weekly schedules, this program takes into consideration your daily commitments, goals and personal ability. Also included in the Premier Package are four (4) coached sessions a month. These sessions emphasize skills essential to swimming, biking, running and transitioning. In addition to the weekly workouts and coached sessions, you will recieve a periodized annual plan outlining your entire race season.
Plus Package:
This package includes all the benefits of the Premier Package excluding the coached sessions.*
Basic Package:
This package includes a general version of a monthly training regime that will prepare you for your chosen triathlon distance.*
* In addition to this package, you may participate in Athletic Advantage's coached group training sessions for $20 per session.
